One celebrity who is no stranger to plastic surgery is Victoria Beckham formerly known as Posh Spice. The once flat-chested member of the Spice Girls has definitely had her breasts enlarged. Just look at out how her boobs have changed over the years from natural to plastic.

She has transformed herself from a plain young girl band hopeful to a plumped up work of a plastic surgeon. Victoria Beckham's new plumped up breast implants gives her an artificial look. I wonder if some of her former female fans will opt for the same type of breast augmentation.

Carrot Top used to be a scrawny and funny prop comedian. He was a breath of fresh air with his unique orange hair and entertaining routine. But then he bulked up and surprisingly went under the knife. Carrot Top really went overboard with the plastic surgery. His face just looks scary nowadays.

His facial features now carries a permanent surprised look. Also, what's with all the make-up? Carrot Top's sudden new big physique and extra muscles also raised questions about possible steroid abuse.
