I remember when Meg Ryan was "America's Sweetheart" and ruled as the Queen of the romantic comedy. It really is a shame what she did to her face over the years. I was so surprised about what Burt Reynolds did to his face. He used to be such a macho-looking actor with his rugged good looks. The guy had even posed for Playgirl at one stage. Victoria Beckham Breast Reduction

First, Victoria Beckham increased the size of her breasts. In recent times, the former Spice Girl is believed to have had breast reduction surgery. Victoria Beckham has replaced her ridiculous DD breast implants with a more conservative B size boobs. It's thought the reduction is a bid to boost her fashion industry prospects. The 35-year-old wife of soccer superstar David Beckham is said to believe that her fashion designs would not be taken seriously if she continued with her busty look.

Beckham reportedly had the operation, her third cosmetic surgery in a decade at a clinic in Los Angeles. She then spent the recovery period in France with her soccer star husband and their three sons. Posh Spice hid her chest with her hand as she arrived in the French Riviera to recuperate following her latest operation.

Victoria has wanted her implants taken out for a while. She felt her breast enlargement surgery was part of her old WAG image which consisted of the big hair, big boobs and fake tan. She wanted to chaneg her image from those days. Victoria Beckham had her first boob job in 1999, when a London clinic increased her bust from its natural size of 34A to 34D. Further plastic surgery two years later took her to a 34DD.

Tara Reid used to be such a hot actress especially when she was in the American Pie movies. It's a shame she has been through so many plastic surgery operations. Her botched tummy tuck/liposuction has left significant scarring around her belly region.

Janet Jackson is one of the most entertaining live performers in the music industry. Her slick dance choreography and hit tunes make her a true pop star. Her numerous fans love her gyrating fit body when she performs at her concerts. She is an extremely attractive lady partly because her dance routines whip her into awesome physical shape. So it's mind-boggling how a woman such as Janet with such a nice physique and perfectly adequate breasts will allow a plastic surgeon to insert breast implants into her boobs.

It seems evident from the picture that Janet Jackson has undergone surgery in order to augment her the size of her breasts. Judging by the photographic evidence, it wasn't a good idea. It's very unsightly when you can make out a visible outline of breast implants in a woman's cleavage. In this case, when you can see a side-on view, it makes Janet Jackson look unnatural and deformed. I just hope she doesn't resort to more plastic surgery as she ages.

The 45 year-old actress and former Playboy model has had quite a lot of exposure to bad cosmetic surgery over the years. In order to maintain a youthful face, Lisa Rinna has admitted to having Botox treatments and injecting various chemicals into her cheeks and lips.

The plastic surgery has certainly given her a bizarre, alert and perky expression. From the picture, it looks as though Lisa Rinna had a couple of cushions injected into her lips. However, her favourite cosmetic treatment seems to be Botox injections. “I still like Botox. It’s great!” she said, adding that this type of plastic surgery is pleasant because it does not change the shape of her face.

A lot of celebrities love having plastic surgery but could Cameron Diaz be at it as well? The teeny-sized nose of Cameron Diaz has got me thinking. Was her honker always so small? Stepping out at a Beverly Hills awards ceremony recently, Cameron Diaz's nose looked a little flatter than we're used to. Upon further research, it seems that Cam had actually admitted to getting a nose job in late 2006, "for medical reasons".

But looking at pics of her after that, her nose was still bigger than it is now. I hope Cameron Diaz isn't making plastic surgery a habit. She definitely does not require rhinoplasty. She already looked gorgeous with her old nose and her other well-formed physical attributes. There's no need to change a single feature of hers.
